China Telecom Museum is a comprehensive museum on telecom industry, it is the special institution on China's telecom culture relics' collecting, propagating, education and research. It is also the social commonweal culture base for academy and technology exchange 　　China Telecom Museum is located at be Northeast of XueZhi Road, Haidian District, which is in the Zhongguanchun Science and Technology Developing Zone. The exhibition area is more than 7000sq. More than 17000 culture relics and 4 exhibition halls are available in the museum. 　　The former culture and history centre of Ministry of Post and Telecommunications took charge in the establishment of China Telecom Museum, in Aug, 1999, the interior display of the museum was finished. In Oct. 2001, China Telecom Museum formally open to the public. 　　China Telecom Museum are making great effort to become the window for showing China's telecom achievement and communicate history and culture. China Telecom Museum is going to become the collecting place for the abvanced telecom products; the second science propagation classroom for the kids and teenagers; the bridge for linking enterprises and users&audiences; the tie for linking the telecom operation and manufacture enterprises; the base for international exchange.
